Paul Casey has worked in the structural steel and quarry plant industry from a young age, starting out as a general labourer, then welder fabricator before attaining his design engineer qualifications. This hands on start to his career provided experience to support later higher education and degrees in the engineering field.

The move to establish Casey Consultants came as a result of demand by word of mouth. Paul had always provided design services on a casual basis along with production work. As this demand increased, he discovered a gap in the market for an engineering service that could take a client’s idea and develop it for them, from concept through production drawings to fabrication and testing.

In November 2018 he took the step to register Casey Consultants Ltd. Since then the business has grown even faster than anticipated. In the first 6 months of business we had built a high-profile client base across the UK and Ireland as well as in America, mainland Europe and the Middle East. The response from the market allowed us to expand our office space and take on engineers and office staff to efficiently meet demand.

The broad range of engineering projects and challenges undertaken by Casey Consultants has resulted in several unique, patentable, innovative machines that we are now developing for our clientsto provide design solutions. Casey Consultants is now looking forward to 2021 when our new multimedia blasting and powder coating services will be made available to commercial and public customers.
